2. No Guarantees of Specific Results
While GlassForceX uses professional equipment and industry-standard cleaning methods, results may vary depending on glass condition, age, seal failure, oxidation, or hard water damage. Restoration outcomes are not guaranteed.
3. Limitation of Liability
GlassForceX shall not be liable for pre-existing damage, structural defects, improperly installed glass, failed seals, oxidized frames, or deterioration caused by environmental factors.
Total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the service performed.
4. Intellectual Property
All logos, branding, designs, content, and materials related to GlassForceX are the property of GlassForceX and may not be reproduced or used without written permission.
5. Service Area & Compliance
Services are provided in compliance with applicable Illinois laws and safety standards. GlassForceX reserves the right to refuse service if conditions are deemed unsafe.

GlassForceX reserves the right to modify pricing, services, and policies at any time without prior notice.
